Today I had to run the one mile run. I know that it isn't that bad but it is if you have my body not that i'm obese or anything but I gag when I run too much and then I gag when I know i'm going to run and then I have these horrible cramps that prevents me from breathing properlyT_T. And then of course I have to stop in order to stop the wave of pain and it slows me down by a lot. I gag too much seriously, I gag if i eat too much western food, eat too much food, eat too much sweets, eats something too sweet, run too hard, know that i'm gonna run and when I have a cold. Yes I know that my body is weird. I guess the explanation for the western food is that the flavouring is much too strong for my tastes or my stomach so same for the sweets too. My body isn't used to eating sweets since my mom hardly let me eat anything super fatty when I was small. So of course my stomach just naturally rejects these kind of stuff.-_- Sad isn't it? These are all built in habits over my life. LIke I have to clean up my room when it gets a bit too messy for my liking or else I won't feel comfortable. *sigh* And that's on my own basis too. Oh well it beats my mom yelling at me! X_X
